The score guarantee
Every text is scored after rewriting. On paid plans and passes, if a text’s AI score lands above the line for the strength you chose — Light ≤30%, Balanced ≤15%, Strong ≤5% — the words it used are returned to your allowance automatically. You don’t need to ask.
Failed texts
If a text can’t be humanized for any reason on our side, its words are returned automatically, on every plan including Free.
Subscriptions
You can turn off renewal at any time from your account; your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and you won’t be charged again.
Money back
If you were charged by mistake or something went wrong with a payment, write to hello@turnitout.org within 14 days of the charge with your account email, and we’ll look at it straight away.
